Due to state and county regulations the license for the home has occupancy limits that we need to follow. The maximum occupancy is 10 guests, children over 2 years included. Additional persons may violate the rental and/or the law.

• As we are family and couples oriented, we don't rent to anyone under the age of 23.
• Parties and/or events with anyone not registered as a guest are not allowed in the home, at the patio and in the front- and backyard.
• Villa Disneyworld is a non-smoking environment. A non-refundable cleaning fee of $200.00 may be required to oxidize the home if smoking is detected.
• We have pool rules. Not abiding by them, could violate the rental.
• We don't allow subletting and for the rental we do need to know who all is staying with us.
• Pets are not permitted, no exemptions.

Indemnification

• All individuals are responsible for his/her own well being and the well being of his/her belongings.
• The owners are not responsible for any accidents, illness or loss or damage to personal belongings that may occur.
• The owners are not responsible for inconvenience related to power or other utility outages.
• In the event of a hurricane or any other act of nature which makes it impossible to stay in the home, the owner and the management company are not responsible for finding alternate lodging for the guests and are not responsible for guests financial losses related to transportation or alternate lodging. That is why we urge you to purchase Travel Insurance prior to the beginning of your travel to protect your vacation investment. Ask your insurance partner or find a travel insurance on-line.

Pool- and Spa rules

• The pool and spa are meant for everyone's enjoyment, both guests and the owner.
• Failure to follow these rules can result in termination of pool privileges.
• No running, loud music, roughhousing, inappropriate behavior, or excessive noise around the pool area or in the pool and the spa.
• For the safety of the children and according to the law all (sliding) doors are equipped with loud beepers to avoid children to have unattended entry to the pool area.
• Although the beepers are annoying, it is unlawful to tamper or remove the loud beepers.
• Children under the age of 12 and older children without swimming experience must be accompanied and supervised by a parent or responsible adult at all times.
• In this private pool there is no life guard on duty: Swim at your own risk.
• Only registered guests may use the pool and the spa.
• Only "water wings", Life Jackets and "Noodles" can be used as flotation devices in the pool for personal use
• All pool items left by our guests after their departure will be destroyed by the management.
• No glass and no metal parts in or around the pool. No food in the pool or on the pool coping.
• Children under the age of 3 must wear water proof diapers.
• According to the law our pool is treated with chemicals every week. Chemically sensitive people should be aware.
• Do not remove the pool chairs and tables from the pool area or place furniture into the pool
